What How to Dispute collects when you read it, which is almost nothing.
Written

How to Dispute is a set of plain pages. Reading it does not ask you for anything.

What we collect

We set no cookies. We run no analytics, no ads and no tracking scripts. There are no accounts, no forms and no comments. Never send us your card or account details.

Server logs

The service that hosts these pages may keep standard server logs. A log line holds things like your IP address, your browser and the time of the request. These logs are used to keep the site running and safe, not to build a profile of you.

Articles link to banks, payment apps and government sites. Those sites have their own privacy rules.

Changes

If this changes, for example if we add a contact form, this page will say so first.
